I'm back at it. Sorry to have not been on-line last week. Here's the message I sent out earlier today:
I've received a lot of inquiry the past week regarding our operations at Green Mountain Dam and Reservoir.
I apologize for not getting something to you sooner. I've been out of the office for a family emergency.
Here's the scoop: Starting last week and through this weekend, we reduced releases from Green Mountain Dam to the Lower Blue River to about 450 cfs. We scaled back in order to conduct some annual inspections and work at the Green Mountain Power Plant right below the dam.
We are anticipating the 450 cfs will remain in place through this week while the work is underway, but there is a slight chance we might have to bump up during the week. If we do bump up, it will probably not be too much.
The top of next week, the end of March/beginning of April, we anticipate raising releases again.
As always, please let me know if you have any related questions.
