Lower Blue DROPPING

Well, as it always does, the weather has made a liar out of me.

We got rain. We got snow. Water needs on the west slope have declined. As a result, at 2 today, we dropped releases from Green Mountain Reservoir to the Lower Blue by 300 cfs. This means the Lower Blue is at 460 cfs.

That's not so great for kayaking, but good for floating fishermen.
