Laramie, WY boat storage

Hey all, I have a friend from Michigan starting school U of Wy in Laramie. I'd like to see if we can find someone to help out on keeping a play boat since dorm rooms are a tad bit small for kayaks (even play boats). PM me a call if you are willing to keep a boat in your back yard for a fellow student kayaker.

Talk to Dan McCoy at the OAP program. There are (were?) also bike lockers outside the dorms that might fit a smaller playboat.

Mike and Mike, thanks for the feedback. MikeG, is that program part of the university?

When I lived in the dorms at UW I just raised my dorm bed on 4X4 posts and kept my playboat under the bed. You can put bolts right through those metal bed frames to attach the 4X4's. That actually worked great. A lot better than coordinating picking up your boat every time you want to hit the Poudre. The bike lockers would probably be fine too if you don't mind your boat freezing solid in there after the pool sessions in the winter.
