It is real water that is getting released from below twin.

They will start w 50 cfs at noon on 1/24, then increase to 100 cfs at noon on 1/25. They will continue to release at that rate until noon on 2/21, at which time we will drop to 50 cfs for 24 hours, ending the release at noon on 2/22. Release should be 5553.80 af.

The ark is going to go up for a bit..

Lake proper is frozen solid.

No it's not......but you could go run laps on the lower (below the dam). It's basically one IV+ rapid with a class III runout.

Numbers were quite nice at 330cfs+ yesterday. 350 this morning.

i do not recommend the section of Lake Creek below Twin Lakes unless flows are above 900 cfs. the higher the better.

Tango is right you want a bunch of water if you are going to run from the dam down. 350 is not enough.
