Knee Blocks

i want to put something for knee support in my boat but i don't know how to put in these (Padz Knee Blocks) in the boat properly. I would prefer something like (Brushy Mountain Publishing - News) but that looks like it would take a while. What do you think?

padz

I used the padz glue in hip pads

you may have to trim some foam from the bottom
true, not as wide as brushy mountains, but they work pretty well

Try this

Duct tape them into place to find out where you want them. Then when you know. Mark the boat and glue them in with either Conact Cement or 3M Super 77.

You used them for hip pads or knee pads?

I found that one too. How long did it take you to build those?

I made some using Leland's directions as well. Took a couple of hours to make and glue in. I modified mine slightly from his directions, but the general idea works. Nice thing about custom is the "custom" aspect. Make what works for you (if the Padz version isn't exactly right).

So you didn't buy the big block of foam you just went over the Padz knee block with foam sheets? Also, what boat did you use this on?
