Jackson kayaking

I'm sure this is a repeat thread, so sorry for that...
I'm sort of unexpectedly in Jackson and wondered of someone could suggest a good class III or IV run close to town. I don't have a ton of time for shuttle so looking for something near by.

You might not be close enough for your time frame, but you could possibly get some surfing in at Lunch Counter on the Snake? Not sure what it's running.

Who shows up unexpectedly in Jackson? The least you could have done was (not?) planned to do it when there was snow on the mtns! lol.
