Is NSV Proving Grounds running?

I saw that Buttonrock is full and is spilling and the lower sections have at least the amount that is entering the res. Can anyone confirm that this is true?

Ran it Yesterday. It was fun but a little more water would be nice.

Here is the gage for the inflow to Buttonrock, A good idea for what is coming out now that it is full. Detail Graph
