In Memory of a True Kayaker

Paddler, climber, cantankerous pioneer, the irascible Chuck Carpenter was many things. Boring wasnít one of them. In Chapter 3, I detailed a few more of the anecdotes that made Carpenter a legend in the paddling community, and a once-in-a-lifetime character. Herein: Chapter 4.
