I need some prospective, and fast.

So I’m writing a paper on the Christo art project, and how it will effect both the rafting and fishing outfitters on the Ark.

I need guides/owners of an outfitter down there to do a quick phone or email interview.

From my take this issue is complex and worth more than some fast perspective. Paper due for Monday's class I'm guessing.

You are going to have to take the pro-active step and call them directly to get things done this time of year. Looking up Ark Anglers and Arkansas River Fly Shop's numbers and calling them asking for an interview would be a good way to start. Then I would check out the opposition's website at : Say NO to Christo - Rags Over the Arkansas River ROAR-Colorado and try to find some contacts through there. Then look at : Christo and Jeanne-Claude's Over The River project, a proposed temporary work of art, Colorado and try to find some contacts there. All you will find here are opinionated boaters who won't help your project much.

Perhaps RDNEK or one of the other local whitewater outfitters would like to chime in and give you an interview since it sounds like the project might ultimately lead to rationing of trips all over the river...but I would start with the float fishing companies personally...
