I've been in your spot. I replaced the floor. The reason the I-beams pull loose is a combination of over-inflation and failed adhesive. If your I-beams have failed in a couple of places, it is a safe bet that they are close to failure in others. It's a bad bet to repair the bad spots (at considerable trouble and expense) just to have failures in other places. Get a new floor. It'll save you headaches and money in the long run. And put a pressure relief valve in it.
