How's the Pueblo play park lately?

How is it at this level? Is the water any where near warm yet?

It's goooooood. Water temps are great.....on a day like today I'd probably be naked playboating (almost 100 down here in the Blo). It's been hovering around 3k for the entire month of June. 3, 4, and 6 will be the best features. Stay away from river-left in 7, kinda nasty.

voodoo economics....

1200 is good in Pueblo depending on your goals. It is not as good as the 3000+ that people were talking about earlier this summer when this thread started.

but at 1200 the eddies service is way better and the spots are still fun. 7 drops so tons of variety. Depending on where you are coming from you can stop on the way or on the way home in either BV or Salida and make it an Ark river double. Both BV and Salida are good right now for play boating.

Blurr, I was there this past Saturday, the flow then was about 1082 and it was nice. The features were all still runnable/playable, and #4 was still pretty big. My paddle blade scraped bottom on #2. It was rainy/stormy for a bit when we were there, but the water temp was still pretty warm. I've never done it at 800cfs though.

Have fun!
