I bet a lot of boaters have thought about a vehicle roof rack launch put in
for one reason or another did not actually do the deal

I confess back in my hard shell kayaking days, my group did talk about a boater
in the kayak roof rack launch after
a couple kayaks launched themselves from a big wide stack of kayaks
that were not tied in bow and stern like they should have been.

I do wonder how deep the water was and if the kayaker's neck was
