Running low I would say 250-300cfs, is fun if you are new to creeking. If you are looking for good class 5 do upper NSV into buttonrock, it is way more quality

You can't really calculate the flow. They release from a reservoir and it is ungauged. The guy told me that they are trying to release what is coming into the reservoir. If you take the days average flows for NSV above buttonrock, that probably whats coming out of the dam and into proving grounds. Its currently in the mid 300's I think.

My estimation was from last sunday when I paddled the upper nsv and paddledout to the put in of the proving grounds, there is not as much coming out as going in, the reservoir is still 20 ft below spill, i still think it was right around 300
