While other gauges are moving such as saint vrain, clear creek and poudre it appears this one is holding rather steady. Is this the dam or is it fed by higher elevation that are experiencing more snow that rain?

After looking at the radar, it seems like most of the precip is well north of the Bear Creek drainage. Thats not to say that it isn't raining/snowing there... it just seems like there is a whole lot more moisture up north?
