Good Learn How To Loop Hole/Wave

Where is a good wave/hole to learn how to loop. I don't want something that's shallow obviously, but also don't want something that only comes in a super high flows. Somewhere in the Denver area preferably that runs almost all year. I know of Salida being a very good learning spot, but being in Arvada kind of ruins the idea of going there on a constant basis to learn to loop. I also know of Rodeo Hole, but that kind of scares me a little at high flows (600+), which....well is the only time I've seen people loop without scraping skin. So, where is the best place to learn to loop in the Denver area?
