Glenwood play wave high water predictions

All right for bragging rights. Two categories.

1. What date do you think the Peak will be?

2. In CFS what do you think the peak flow will be?

The USGS site for the gauge below Glenwood springs will be the official gauge. USGS Real-Time Water Data for USGS 09085100 COLORADO RIVER BELOW GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO..

Some of last years stats to get it goin'

We were less than a 100% snowpack,This year we are way over 100%.

Last year on this date (May 13) the flow was 3,220. One year later it is 8,440.

The peak last year was 22,500 on June 8th.

What will it be this year?

I would love to see it crest over 30,000cfs, but at the same time I want to surf it for as long as possible. Stand up surfing and body boarding on the wave gets good at 17,000 and is epic at 22,000. I hope the run off teeters at 18 to 20 for 3 weeks. Peaks at 21500 on the 17th of June. Anybody for some flip practice in the next few weeks? BmfL? C16? DR?

Regarding the surfing/body boarding post above, what size standing wave do you get when the flows are > 20K?
