Yeah, I guess you know you've had a lot of snow when there are pictures of people skiing down the Red Rocks Amphitheater. I'm enjoying the wintery landscape, but not holding my breath on Bear Creek.

I remember a few years ago when Bear Creek ran well. It was fun to watch all the Front Range boaters converge and slowly get destroyed one by one. I lost count of how many broken boats, lost and broken paddles, branch to face injuries, eggs to the face, and bruised bodies and egos I witnessed. It also helped me start to figure out how to creek boat. Let's hope for a wet spring.

What stretch of Bear Creek do folks run when it's on???

I live a few air miles north of Deckers and we got almost 3 ft plus this latest 6" yesterday. So the Platte should have gotten a boost.

Put in a few miles above Morrison down to a park just a little above town. Eddyflower has a description. I wouldn't hold my breath on it running though.
