FC Paddlepark Update and RFP

The COFC has begun the request for proposal (RFP) process for the paddle park in old town. For all those you have helped to raise funds, contributed funds, or have an interest in the park this is a good thing. The word on the street is the COFC hopes to have approval by this Spring and begin construction next fall/winter.

The following text is from a RFP the COFC has just released in the interest of a free market capitalistic society I have posted it here to get the word and get more proposals from qualified firms
