Enough water to float the Upper Poudre?

Anyone have any beta on if their is enough water to float the Poudre for a little drinking & fishing? Thinking of hitting above rustic next weekend..

We stop running Rustic commercially when the lower is at 2.5 I think, and I rowed it in my 14 with no gear at 2.5 and it was very crunchy. I wouldn't touch it on an oar rig right now. If you do it, I'd love to hear a trip report!

Below 1.5 ft on the rock this morning. Narrows are still good but otherwise its getting questionable.
