Easy Arkansas Run?

I will be heading to Southern Colorado this weekend and was wondering about any beginner runs on the Arkansas that would be runable this time of year. I noticed that flows seem very low.

I have read about the "Milk Run". Would that possible this time of year? Or is there an alternative good (II-II+) run that anyone might suggest?

Parkdale and the Gorge are about the only thing I consider runnable at this level and neither are class II. You could do a short run on sections of parkdale but you would have to walk the class III rapids.

Way too low for the Milk Run. All the water in the Arkansas done run out of state to Arkansas.
