Maybe try from a different Pyranha if you can't find an H3 seat? I used my H2 seat from my broken boat to replace my cracked InAZone 232 seat.

The seat plastic matched. All I had to change was the foam that is the interface between the seat and the boat. If you have a cracked seat from your H3 maybe you can cannibalize the fitting foam.

As I understand it, not all seats are compatible. For example, a H3 235 may not fit a H3 245.

For what it's worth, I had good luck (so far) with a glass and epoxy project on a Pyhrana seat.

The glass/epoxy gig will work depending on the crack. I cracked the center channel and needed to use a small metal plate held in place by a few screws because the epoxy kept cracking.

Get a can of that truck bed liner stuff and spray it on there for a nice finish so the epoxy doesn't look like crusted snot.
