Class III Instruction in PNW This Time of Year?

Hello! I'm hoping to take a three-day kayaking trip to either Oregon or Washington in the next couple of weeks. I'd like to hire a private instructor to take me down a few Class III/III+ runs. Do you know of any outfitters that provide private instruction this time of year who have access to some good Class III runs?

I found Wet Planet Whitewater based near the White Salmon River in Oregon but it seems that's more an area for Class IV/V boating. I hear Eugene and Corvallis are better for Class III but can't find any outfitters who do private kayaking instruction...

Note that I also posted on Professor Paddle but thought I'd check in here too. Thanks in advance!!

Sam Drevo with Northwest River Guides. Either he or one of his associates would be happy to do private instruction. (Portland area - you'd probably run the Clackamas).

I've socially paddled with him a few times, super nice and patient, not to mention a great boater. I've also taken a swift water rescue class from him and it was great.

you might try Kokopelli river guides in Ashland Or. at(541)201-7694. Just 7-8 hours of driving from SF and some great class 3 runs in the neighborhood...N. Umpqua, Lower Rogue, SF & MF Smith, Upper McCloud, NF Rogue River Bridge run, Day run section on the Illinois and...the list goes on...

The guys at Alder Creek in Portland can also offer private time. Sam is great, too. Now that I think a bit more, you can't go wrong with any of the instructors in Portland or Hood River.
