Canoe Wrapped in Cemetery

My girlfriend and I were floating the Roaring Fork last night and we saw a new addition to the river. A wrapped canoe in the rocky section above the final rapid in Cemetery. It was almost completely submerged. We are both in our first real kayaking season. Whats the protocol here?

Is cemetery even considered a rapid at these levels? Ran it a week ago and the only way I knew it was cemetery was riverside cabins! Not a wave in sight.
