Boat welding...

Does anybody have some red and some yellow Pyranha plastic...like from an old boat? I've got 2 weld jobs now. Decided to run the far left side on the top drop in Boulder playpark and found a new rock to the left of the piton spot.

I was running my yellow burn cause I need to fix my red burn...now I need to fix em both

I've heard you're not supposed to mix colors...is that correct?

I got some LL plastic from Confluence in Denver. When they send the boats wrapped in that black fabric from the factory they put a plastic piece on the outside to let the dealer know what color it is. They had a whole bucket full of them.

Not sure if they do if for Pyrahna but you could look around and see. Also welding with other colors makes it easier to see your welds as you are working on it.

If it's not a huge crack you can just borrow some from the cockpit rim. Just leave smooth edges where you cut it out.
