Black Rock

I remember running black rock at low flow a few years back and remember it actually being pretty fun. I just can't remember what low flow was. 150cfs comes to mind. Am I on crack? Or is it actually worth it at that level? Doesn't really matter, cause it seems like it is going to be higher than that real soon.

Anybody in for a quick mid-day run as soon as it comes up above 200? I am assuming it will this week.

250 is a good minimum for blackrock, and I routinely stretch that down to 220 or so. Below 200 is too low for me, and I love the mank.

Blackrock will probably be there in a day or two depending on how the melt reacts to the weather.

You can get down blackrock lower, it just becomes pinball on rocks in the inbetween stuff. Main drops still go.

150 is good for laps on narrows too, while not amazing. That is also forgiving level to teach paddlers wanting to step it up.
