Big South Question

I noticed on the eddyflower website there is an on-line guage for the Big South (Long Draw Resevoir Releases). Currently it is 283 cfs and this is listed as high.

What cfs would corresond to a low reading? (I want to catch it on the low side for my maiden voyage).

I'm going to be out that way over July 4th. What are the chances that the gate will be open and the river will be at a medium to low level? Thanks-

Per second hand reports, she's high right now. 283 is just the flow coming down weird creek, which is the putin, but only a tributary of the Big South. A better gauge is at the take out, unfortunately it's not updated online routinely. Six yellow marks showing is super boney, but double trouble is a fun boof to lap. Two marks showing is high side of medium. Fourth of July is looking good for you this year, but we'll have to see.
