Talked to Jim with water supply co today (7/16). He said current plans were to bump long draw releases up to about 200 cfs on saturday 7/18 from the current 150ish. They usually get up there around 10-11 to change the flow. Probably enough of a bump to hold it out at a low level.

Big south is still worth it. 200 out of long draw is a decent release and enough to get down wierd creek just fine. Natural flow is declining of course, but should still be around 2 on the big south rock gauge would be my guess, decent low level. I'd still personally run the BS from the top at that level. As the rock starts getting below 2, its getting scrapey, but its still fun to hike in at peterson and run the bottom 1/2. Big south is still quality at pretty low levels. Not sure I'd drive from too far away, but for folks who can make a day trip, its still kick ass!
