Ark @ Number 1 River Gauge

I saw the gauge for Pine Creek and Numbers today and was wondering if it was accurate? I am guessing not because now it says the flow is 0 but anyone know why it spiked today to around 2400ish??

I believe they were shutting off the xtra flow today, that might have something to do with it
