I have one of your CSM kayak club paddles. Found it in Cataract. I posted it in the lost and found and never heard from anyone. Call me at 720 240 3628 if you want it back.

Thinking about racing, any restrictions/classes for kayaks or can I bring my 13ft Mirage?

Pilom,
did you pick up that mirage that was on craigslist that i was trying to buy a couple of days ago?? Would have been a sweet boatercross boat!

years past there have not been any length restrictions on this race.

Nope I've had mine for a while. Though I did just have to replace the shell of mine after it flew off my car last season. The spare shell I found in a dumpster at Confluence Kayaks after a gear swap 2 years ago. Someone apparently had brought it in looking to buy a replacement seat. Apparently they decided to toss it when they found out you couldn't buy seats that fit it anymore.

And yes, it does make an awesome boater cross boat, but only as long as you can start pointing downstream

The restrictions are as follows: I will restrict your passage with my boat. I will restrict your rise to the podium, I will restrict your glory with a sound defeat. Those are the restrictions.

VP of the CSM kayak club here. As long as it floats it's fair game in the river!
