Treating with Inflatable Boat Sealant may buy you some time (stuff you squirt into the tubes that coats the inside with a film rated to 90 psi. I did this on an older glued boat that was starting to have seam and valve boot leaks and it worked (for awhile). If you are going to take off the valve boots, you might as well replace them with some new ones. At some point in the not to distant future you are going to be getting a newer boat.
