Most cardiac medications and interventional therapies are studied in dogs prior to humans due to the similarity of
the cardiac sytems of both species. I believe I strive to provide compassionate care
for my patients and intended nothing less in my post. Honest and frank discussions
of the differential diagnosis and relative prognosis are a difficult but important part
of coping with illness or injury regardless of the outcome. You obviously are a caring
