Hey, I'm glad there's a kayak shop in summit Co and I know you're just trying to generate interest in the neighborhood kayaking scene, but there's definitely a better way to do it than by bumping sick Slater shots with pictures of a empty play hole, which is still way to low to even consider getting wet in. That actually generates negative interest, as in that play hole looks terrible right now.

Cool, there was a request of some shoots of the play feature. Yes, its to low, very apparent, all of use on the block have been waiting patiently for warm weather and more flow. New to this kind of form, never mean to be negative in anyway!!! My understand of Mountain Buzz is information, education, and a free form that helps the kayaking community in any way. I understand now how this has created negativity, will be more careful in the future.... Sorry......

I'm glad you posted a photo, low or not. I honestly forgot that there even was a feature coming there this year and I'm sure many others didn't know that playboating in Frisco will be an option... soon. Don't forget the pogies though!

The only negative thing here is your comments. Granted these aren't the best pictures, but Matti is excited and only trying to share that stoke with others. Its the same as people posting pics of the first snowfall of the season, sure that dusting may look pathetic, but everyone knows whats to come and it gets people excited and thinking bout waist deep pow days.

Either way, im stoked to have a new feature in my backyard. Thanks for posting these pics Matti! I'll get some more posted once its running. Anyone know what the ideal flow is supposed to be? Water is coming up quick! Be sure to hit up Ten Mile Creek Kayaks to say 'hi' to Matti and support a local business.
