The first topic is trash .It seems there is never a trash can around at most river stops this creates alot of the problem in my opinion.You can't blame people for littering when trash cans are over flowing and there are none to be found .Or trash just plain out in the middle of who knows where? We will study this small but large issue .There is always so much more involved any info or topic is welcome.
