SUP Pool Sessions

Hello all! I just purchased a NRS inflatable SUP board and wanted some opinion on taking it into a pool for practice sessions. I'm totally new so wanted to get my feet wet a little bit before getting into the river.

Does anyone have any knowledge regarding the chlorine effects on the PVC board? I definitely don't want to compromise my board, so hopefully someone can offer some assistance. I am having some difficulty finding info online.

I am sure if you rinse it off well after use should be fine. Wear all your gear too so you are use to having a helmet, pfd, etc. on so when you get onto moving water its not a surprise.
