I was kind of impressed that he wants to trade his over priced frame for an apparently under priced driftboat. $1300 won't buy you much of a glass or aluminum boat - so his shit is gold platted and yours is worth pawnshop value.

Definitely living in la-la land.

What I would consider paying $600-700

Plus I like to go light and these are obviously gold plated.

If it were at least an Aire

Then you could still buy everything for brand new for less. What is it with those damn Montanans?

Not saying it's a good deal, but Outcast are Aire's - different marketing, same warranty and such.

It's apparent that people no longer think depreciation is applicable to their gear.

I thought the price was a touch high, but not bad given the trailer and frame (Leo makes great stuff), and the fact that it's a new boat with only a couple days on the water. I could see someone dropping $7-7.5k on the package.

The point is fellas that you can build that entire package right now for that price or less. Especially if you consider that just about any shop will give you a hell of a deal on end of season packages right now. It may not be the WORST deal out there but it is pretty bad.

Wait, he didn't say the trailer was included but he kinda inferred that it might be. If so, its not my fault and I don't have to beat myself with a stick.

I think thats priced high, if the boat was a true Aire and not a Trib it'd be good deal with the trailer.
