Sure is "priced to sell" as is!
OK, it's got to really be $995 for a bucket boat with frame and oars, that seems reasonable and will be a good deal for someone that wants to get on the water. If it's not a typo and the price is indeed $10K for the package, whatever he's been smoking works better than advertised!

I've got 2 of those for that price. I'll throw in brand new frames and oars too. I'll even throw in a car.

It garners a premium because it's been stored on hay.

I know RMR is not Avon, but three year old private RMR is better than 10+ year old Avon. This combo is $2500, pick up new oars, paco and firepan and you are still set for under $3500. $700 cheaper than the handmade frame and old rubber.
I thought used boats were supposed to be cheaper in OR…….maybe the hay is added value

"Blown crank bearing, motor out, top end off, all parts intact."

Hey, it's got the original exhaust!

But seriously, sometimes folks hit an extra zero. Or two...

Ya, I emailed him and said that if he can get $2500 for that basketcase I would buy him a beer and a scratch off ticket.
