I have the older versions and could offer a suggestion (Pardon my ignorance if it's been addressed in the newer versions).

The counter bored bolt holes hold water, which is somewhat annoying to me. I plan on drilling drain holes out one side next time I have them off the boat. The annoying thing to me is the NRS ubolts are SS bolts with zinc nuts and washers, so sitting in water all the time = rust. Mine have been installed since october and half are all rusty and look like crap. I have a bunch of SS nylock nuts and washers that I'll be replacing all the zinc hardware with someday when I have nothing else to do...

I have a frame all in 1.5" ID pipe, do you make a shim to accommodate the larger pipe? I'd hate to sell my oar towers, kickbar etc... if I don't have too...

At this time I am not offering fittings that work with the 1.5" pipe. That may change in the future if there is enough interest. I am working on a new design for larger boat frames built in house (not as DIY friendly as the Double Barrel fittings) that would be easy to modify to work with the 1.5" pipe. I should have that wrapped up and ready to go this summer, I'll be sure to post some info here when they're ready to go.
