Drysuit for me is all time all the time. It's a full body Pfd. Don't have to worry about being cold in rescue scenarios either. One good swim in your drysuit and you'll be in love haha. If it's not serious whitewater splash pants and jacket are fine. And Way more comfortable. Dress to swim, rig to flip!
