Forgot to poke some holes in the top for air. Who said shoe box style lids don't seal well.

From some of the lists, this should be merged with the helium thread.

These threads are great. Really helpful to me anyway. My kitchen contents:

10" Aluminum Dutch
12" Aluminum Dutch
8" Channel lock pliers
Griddle, Aluminum
12" Skillet non-stick x2
Huge stock pot with lid, stainless steel
1 burner stove
Coffee pot cowboy style(boil and sink)
Cutting board
Chef knives x2, can opener, whisk, wooden spoons, cork screw
6 plates
6 bowls
silverware for 6
4 Tervis Tumblers for coffee and cocktails
BBQ tools, spatchela,
Gravity water filter
Collapsible strainer
Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Tub of Stike Anywhere Matches
Black Pepper, Sea Salt, garlic, Oregano, Chili Powder, Trader Joes 24 season blend.
Paper towels, Chlorox bleach wipes.
Dish washing stuff.

And packed separately perhaps the most important thing is my Volcano Stove and Charcoal.

The contents of my box change depending on the number of people, the menu and the number of days. However I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Partner Steel for a special customization they did at no cost. They made me two griddles without the handles so they take up less room in my box.

I also eliminated regular knives and replaced them with round ended steak knives so they don't puncture the roll I keep them in.
I bought two inexpensive kitchen knives that come with plastic sheaths so they don't cut up the roll I keep the utensils in.

I found an aluminum 24 cup percolator on Ebay just last week. Vintage camping gear! I don't like to make Cow Boy Coffee because it makes a mess and the grounds are hard to keep out of the river when I clean up.

Probably most kitchens are a work in progress. We learn from experience and I keep an eye out at the thrift store for the perfect items.
Why does Pluto walk on all fours, drink from a dog bowl, and get treated like...a dog, while Goofy drives a car, wears clothing, and speaks in English?

From what I hear...that's where's it at.
