Add "step-sides" to access boat load and provide a space to stand or lash tie-downs. The metal 1"x1" metal bars also protect trailer fenders and trailer lights in case of trees or posts in backing-up mishaps!Click image for larger version

Could stand a rear roller, but l rarely load a loaded boat. It has 14 inch wheels that way l don't have to argue weather 15s or 13s are better. Not completely enclosed but none of my gear has to sit out including the trailer. Top comes off with four bolts that way I can haul the side by side or 4 wheeler or what ever else.

Poverty trailer upgrade. Got a 7x11 ATV trailer. Used some scrap lumber found in the basement to elevate the boat above the warped boards and bolts. For rollers I used caster wheels. Castor wheels at Home Depot are cheaper than skateboard trucks at Walmart. Nothing fancy just a cheap easy modification.
The next trick will be to figure out a winch system.

Just a quick idea that would help your roller system. You could get a piece of 3 to 4 inch pvc pipe 8 feet long and when you got your boat to your rollers lay it in there where it would roll on the rollers and the bottom of your raft. That would help any issues that might arise from pulling on a heavy raft.

I bet you could loose strap it to hold it in place
