A raft trailer should have a deck over the tires. At least for unimproved boat launches. I've broken so many lights with that design.

Sequel, great screen name

OR just Just have the lights mounted properly. I've had both and a little forsight in design should eliminate that problem.

I got the invite too. Let's get this shit back on topic. You've already seen my trailer, but whatever. It's better than bitching about the lurker.

This trailer would be sweet if it was quarter of the weight, tongue twice as long, enclosed lights and half the height. Or a snowmobile trailer. Never understood why people buy these things.

Versatility? I can convert mine in a few minutes to haul dirt bike and quad, a load of gravel, or anything else I need to haul. Snowmobile trailers tend to have small donut tires- which ride poorly, wear out quickly and are hell on bearings.

Great point. No way a snowmobile trailer could handle a couple quads. You would need a quad trailer for that. If you like those "raft" trailers fine by me. Just stay out of the left lane and don't take 20 mins trying to back it up at the ramp.
