Wonder if he keeps his tin foil hat on while he welds?

The Illuminati has always wanted to break into the rafting sub culture and James Is the only one brave enough to expose these dark forces at work. God bless this man for bringing the conspiracy to light. Secret bunkers, Bob Lazar , Maravia reverse engineering raft from alien technology , pyramids in the Grand Canyon it all makes since now.

the saga continues

I'm not in the conspiracy group (Facebook page I linked) either - just wanted to point out the existence of such

I joined up a while ago under an alias. It was pretty funny. Alot of James talking to James under different names. a lot of smack talk about buzz. I am sure he is reading this. All these recent raft rip offs paid for his high dollar frame bender I am sure. He does have a following of Oregon boaters that are very pleased with their frames.

James, you can build some great stuff. Your people skills suck though.

Merry Christmas

Why anyone would pay money up front to a company to build a product that doesn't list their phone number and address on their website is crazy.

So if you call your credit card company to get a refund and you get your money back does that money come back from the merchant or is that an insurance thing your CC offers? If it is the latter would the CC merchant be dropped or penalized by the CC company which might explain the constant changing of company names? or is it the former?

Oh, no! The CC company immediately docks the vendor. The vendor has 45 days to document or refute the claim. Obviously, that never happened. We had all of the emails and text with all of the missed dates, etc. to show the CC company. Discover card said that Paypal only gives the vendor like 2 weeks to refute. We were double covered.

The thread on MB where James and I went at it afterwards was deleted by the mods at the time. It was probably a good thing that they did that. I wasn't at my best during the 'discussion'. My wife was ready to wade in and really give him a piece of her mind. However, she has more restraint than I do. James sent us this long rant about how he had $900 in engineering and programming and how inpatient and ungrateful we were. Since my wife has a programming and IT background, I told him to send a us a copy of the program. Nada. Last we heard from him.

I sure wish this thread would stop popping up. It reminds me of a long and lonesome road trip to Oregon to pick up my boat...
