Not sure about this. To be fair to Rivertech, I think they were just sourcing the frames for their packages from James.

Yes, Pacific River Outfitters and Entity are both James Haworth aka Greenwall.

Are there any pics of these military contract frames or is it top secret and classified?

Well there is hope - maybe one day he will have an epiphany where he realizes if you do what you say you are going to do people will pay you money for that. The key variable here is "when" he has that epiphany. Until that time it will probably be the same old story unfortunately. With the present circumstances I'd buy a "class V whitewater play boat" from Scadden long before I ever bought from Entity/Phantom/PRO/Rivertech/Canyon. At least I would get the boat!

When my good rafting buddy told me he'd ordered an all new custom set up I was really excited to see what it turned out to be.
That was last fall.
Saw him last month and asked how the rig was looking.
He informed me that he'd paid all $$$ up front and the guy "James" had totally disappeared. For months he's been trying to get his rig or his money from this guy.
I had the unenviable task of letting him know there was a "James" that had been called out on MB for shady practices if not a straight up thief. He is now working with the state DA.
What a hassle!!

Weelll...just from our own experience dealing with James, we gave a 50% deposit with a CC thru Paypal. After months and excuse after excuse about missed deadlines, including the whole military contract excuse, we asked for our money back and he admitted he didn't have it. We called the CC company and they credited our account the next day. Lesson learned.

Doesn't work for Facebook users either unless you request to be added to his group. Its a closed group is called "Whitewater Industry Conspiracies" and the description of the group is...

"This page is where you can see both sides of the story, the bullshit, the lies, the empty accusations and internet blackmail and scare tactics used to keep people from looking at my products."

As much as I want to for the entertainment value, I'm not gonna give him the satisfaction of asking to join the group to see what BS he is spouting in there.
