SB floor advice

I need some advice, I have two blown baffles in my floor. Do you think it affect the performance of the boat? I'm leaving for the main salmon on 8/11 and don't have time to repair it. I have glued some closed cell foam to my wood floor to hopefully prevent rubbing. Do you foresee any problems with this set up. I guess I'm worried I will cause more damage to the floor. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful, thanks.
