single vs double rail

When you are inverted, the double rail raft frame is better at containing the important stuff. With respect to a raft frame properly designed, the double rail can prevent interior cargo chafing on the inside of the tube. The 20 mm ammo boxes were especially hard on inflatable fabric. You can also rig with shorted cross straps.
