Goal achieved, I built new side decks to accommodate the bimini and added modified Pulse Fabrication boxes and rac system.

My RMR paddle cat with frame I built outfitted for a 3 day float. The boat gets used in many ways R1, R2, small day frame, and now multi day frame. Like it so much I am selling my 13' raft.

Motorboatin' sonofa...

Thought I'd share the motor I picked up for getting down the Snake on our Lower Salmon trip last week. It's a 1960s-era British Seagull 40 Plus 2-stroke long shaft, I'd never heard of them prior to a couple months ago, but it fires right up and kicks hard for what's probably 2.5-3hp. It's a bit noisy, but didn't smoke at all at 18:1, and pushed 2 rafts and an IK with 9 people 16 miles down the Snake with a pretty good headwind.

Props to mowgli for the heads up on the new NRS u-bend motor mount, it's super solid and adjustable. I did skip it off a couple rocks during the week, but that's more driver error than anything.

10/10 would recommend never rowing the Snake past the Salmon ever again, I'm glad I did it last year, but this year was a pleasure cruise. Running the couple little rapids on the Snake 3 wide with a motor is a whole different kind of boating, and I was having a pretty good time with it. Now to look into a 4 stroke...
