There are a few custom frame builders around missoula, honestly they're not my thing (welded frames); I've grown up around tinker toy frames and that's what I like. I say that as you must be better about staying away from the buzz than I. There are way more CWI horror stories posted here than positive feed back. That's all.

Not sure what all that means but its all good. We have butt loads of Sotars out this way, I just choose the Puma to switch it up. I will post some pics when I get it. Were out to the Rogue tomorrow. No one has even heard of mountainbuzz in our circle I just found this searching for Super Puma Pics.

Not sotar - Canyon! I run a 15' sotar sl and couldn't be happier. Canyon has some "devoted" followers that are known for relentlessly pushing CWI gear. The most recent disappeared this spring. I've been wondering when another would show up. Sorry for the pessimism; it stems from a very new username posting about CWI. I think they make incredibly impressive gear but seem to show a decided lack of business experience.

I like that alot. It looks nimble and well thought out except I wonder about all the black finishes on deckings, chafe pads, boxes etc. Wont they get aweful hot?

Crooked River Whiskey. Not for everyone.

Nice. My rafting buddy has the old Recretec frames on all his rafts & cats. They're great. Easy to assemble, light weight, and sturdy as heck. The lock in dry boxes are great. Nice BSU color combo you've got going there!
