Wow - that's a 150 and it doesn't come close to touching the inside tubes. I have a 146 that slides in between the tubes of a AIRE15'6 so based on eyeballing that cooler it's got to be WAY taller.

It's solid 5/8 wood. The cooler in this pic has a 2x4 spacer under it just for that reason. The box is 3/4 marine ply that is dato'd glued, screwed, and calked. I am now in the process of sealing the cut ends of the ply with 2 part epoxy.

I attached the decks with rivet nuts and 1/4" allen bolts that my allen key for the set screws in my frame fit.

Not sure what you mean Elkhaven, they are pretty popular out here. They are doing my Puma package also. Who do you guys have back in your neck of the woods
