Good work - here's a thought that we do a lot when only our family is on the water - hitch back from the take out... I honestly don't know how popular that day stretch is, but if you drop your gear off at the top and then drive to the take out, in most places I've been someone will surely be doing the same and you can catch a ride up top with them... We do that a lot, or out right hitch it, but my guess is there isn't much other traffic than boat traffic on that stretch.
Best option is just to do this with other people and share shuttling duties, that will come with time as you meet more people on the river. FYI, my wife usually likes shuttling, it's less work than rigging, pumping, corralling kids... just another thought. She usually gets picked up much quicker when hitching too!
