PVC Boat cleaning questions

I have a 156R Raft and was working on cleaning it. I have a few questions for those in the PVC know.....

1) Any harm in using the magic erasers to get stains off?
2) How about simple green?
3) AIRE recommends only 303'ing the raft a maximum of 2x a year. Do people follow this and if so, is there another product they use?
4) I use elbow grease and a stiff brush to get the boat clean (and some simple green). Any other good methods people would like to share?

I use blue dawn on everything including my boat. Plus you'll see if your values are leaking.

I have used "MaryKate Inflatable Boat, Tubes and Towables Cleaner" for the past few months. It gets most of the rub marks off but not totally. Got it from my local boat shop.

Well I don't know if this is proper but I have an aire boat and I used go jo hand cleaner the one without the pumice and a magic eraser. Got every stain off without any change to the appearance of the pvc .
